What are your opening hours?

Our standard working hours are 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday, however at present, due to C19 our hours may vary. Give us a call to find out.
Can you cut metal on the lasers?

Unfortunately not. Our lasers are set up to cut softer materials, such as wood (laser quality only) polypropylenes, poly carbonates & nylon type materials.

We can cut MDF but the fumes contravene HSE regs.
What sort of materials will your dies cut?

Just about any malleable material that needs to be cut, such as woven materials from cloths to Kevlars, Rubber & Gasket materials, all types of paper related products.

What are your delivery times?

Delivery time depends very much on the complexity of the die and workload. Jigsaws, on average take 6-8 weeks. Sometimes, if you talk to us nicely, we can get jobs out same day but the average turnaround time is 48-72 hours.
What rule heights do you stock?

We stock most rule heights, in different forms, from 23.30 to 80mm, 2,3,4 point thick.
Are you willing to manufacture for another die shop?

Of course we will. Croslands is always willing to network with a fellow forme maker, there are always times when you need help. (We may also be able to help you out with wood, rule or punches).
What file types/formats do you accept drawings in?

Croslands can accept DXF, CF2 & PDF files. We are unable to open 3D files at present.
