Manufactured to accommodate & cut deeper products, such as Clam packs. The rule can be up to 4” deep, spot welded, for extra durability & supported in key areas to reduce the chance of the blade flexion under pressure.

Don’t forget that after cutting you may require your cut article to be filled with product. Our heat sealing jigs are rigidly constructed but not glued. This enables us to completely strip the unit, replacing only damaged or worn parts thus saving you money. 

The gaskets are constructed from either a pure heat resistant PTFE or as a cheaper option, from a cork & litho blanket. The retaining pins are designed to be easily removed, if damaged. Each heat sealing jig is individually designed by our CAD to perfectly seat the product and maintain a consistent seal every time.
